                                    Samyang evaluates the qualifications of the applicant through a four-phase selection process to recruit talents who will join us in building our shared vision.

                                        STEP 01. Document Evaluation The job application and cover letter are reviewed to determine whether the applicant has the capability and experience for the job they are applying for.

                                        STEP 02. Aptitude Test The aptitude test evaluates whether the applicant has the basic job competency and the capability to carry out the job successfully.

                                        STEP 03. Job Aptitude Interview The applicant gives an interview presentation related to the job or their field of study, and the presentation is evaluated to determine whether the applicant has the capability required for the job.

                                        STEP 04. Personality Interview & Medical Checkup The personality interview determines whether the applicant fits the criteria of Samyang’s ideal talents. The applicant is finally accepted after the pre-employment medical checkup at the designated hospital.
